This is an educational audio preview. Diversification means spreading exposure across different assets or sectors instead of depending entirely on one holding. It may reduce the effect of a loss in one area, but it cannot prevent several assets from falling together or guarantee a profit. Owning many names does not always mean meaningful diversification if they respond to the same forces. When studying an example, ask what each product actually holds, which risks are shared, and what it costs. This is a general concept, not a suggested allocation of money.
