This is an educational audio preview from Ideas Retreat. When you open a chart, first ask which instrument it shows and which market or platform supplied the data. Then check the price currency, the timeframe of each candle, and the period displayed. A short move can look large on a minute chart but small on a chart spanning a year. Read the axes and units before reading the shape of the line. Write one observation that describes what you see without predicting what happens next. This exercise builds careful reading; it is not a trading signal or a price forecast.
